Passionpreneur Goal Achieving...Walt's Plan
On the 60 Minutes tv show last night (Sunday Oct 10,2004), there was a piece on stay-at-home moms who left successful corporate careers in order to raise their children. I'm sure it will encourage others to do the same. It also feeds into the increasingly popular passionpreneur phenomenon, as more of these stay-at-homes will no doubt become "work-at-homes" as well.

As promised, here is a look at the actual Strategic Plan that I am currently using to achieve world domination!
PURPOSE:
-To introduce a new identity—Walt Goodridge, The Passion Prophet™ to the public
-To introduce and expand a The PassionProfit™ Formula and Philosophy for turning one’s passion into profit and own the passionpreneur™ concept.
-To be and to offer living examples of the financial success attainable from pursuing one’s passion.
-To sell the Passion Prophet’s books, audio tapes, seminars, appearances coaching and related services to the entrepreneurial, business and general markets
-To do so in a massive and profitable way and establish the Passion Profit Company as a viable solvent business concern, information resource and publishing company and to enrich all those who contribute results to the realization of this plan.
STRATEGY
□ Build PassionProfit™ brand and PassionProphet™ image and professional identity
□ Implement “Exchange in Abundance” policies and practices
□ Create new products and streamline and publicize existing core products and services
□ Implement Affluence Formula: Economize, pay debts, invest in delivery and strengthen source of Affluence
□ Maximize and exploit online ranking, visits and sales through all my websites
□ Increase visibility of all Passion Profit books on Amazon.com and B&N and reach Top Ten on those sites.
□ Get books placed and selling in retail stores and large chains (Costco, et.al) for greater visibility
□ Implement PR Campaign to establish brand identity and public awareness
□ Set up PR-supported Seminar Tour/book signings including Learning Annex workshops & Small Biz Camp
□ Focus on corporate premium sales to large organizations (MBDA, et.al)
□ Get “Mind Your Own Business Radio show” carried/syndicated on major radio stations
□ Prepare for 2005 Edition, major growth, media and public attention, site visits and scrutiny in 2005
□ Maintain my health
□ Improve my social life
That's the overall plan. Once the overall strategy is determined, each item above is developed further into a series of smaller targets and programs to achieve them.
